中文摘要 | 傳統揀貨作業看表單揀貨,速度慢又容易出錯。電腦輔助揀貨作業將商品的 揀貨位置都賦予住址,並裝設電子標籤。揀貨員沿著特定揀貨路徑,看電子標籤 燈亮就停下來,並按顯示數字揀貨,如此,可提高揀貨速度又不容易出錯。然而 ,現有電子標籤只顯揀貨位置與揀貨數量,必須增設搭配裝置,來彌補電子標籤 顯示功能的不足,才能使電腦輔助揀貨作業發揮功能。本文採用不同的方法:提 升電子標籤的功能,使其能「完全顯示」揀貨資訊。 對20家物流中心與發貨倉庫訪談,並藉由EQ分析與EN分析,得知其揀貨 特性與資訊需求。然後,屬性分析揀貨資訊,產生「完全顯示」之創意,使電子 標籤不但能「完全顯示」揀貨資訊,又能符合「直覺記憶與立即反應」原則。最 後,將「完全顯示」之創意具體化,建立泛用型電子標籤的基本架構,提供九種 顯示模式:可一個電子標籤對應一個儲位或多個儲位、指示一位揀貨員進行單一 訂單揀貨、指示一位揀貨員進行多張訂單揀貨、指示多位揀貨員進行單一訂單揀 貨、指示多位揀貨員進行多張訂單揀貨、指示揀貨路徑、立即更正揀貨錯誤、指 示庫存盤點、指示貼標籤作業。如此,泛用型電子標籤不需任何搭配裝置,就能 「完全顯示」揀貨資訊,使電腦輔助揀貨作業適合大部份物流中心與發貨倉庫, 來提高揀貨效率及降低揀貨錯誤。 |
英文摘要 | In the traditional process of picking operation, an operator looks the picking list and picks the goods at same time. By this way, it takes time and is easy to mistake. Computer aided picking system gives each slot an address and each slot installs an electronic label. An operator walks along the picking path, stops at the slot in which the electronic label is lighting, and picks the displayed number of goods. Computer aided picking system can increase the picking rate and reduce the picking errors. Current electronic label only displays the location and the number of picking goods. Its display functions are not enough and additional accessories add to makeup. This study applies other approach: to increase the display functions of electronic label in order to display picking information completely. This study visited twenty distribution centers and warehouses to understand their picking operations and picking information. In order to create new idea of electronic label, at- tribute analysis technique applied to analyze picking information. New idea made electronic label not only display picking information completely but also keep the rule of "instinct memorization and quick reaction." Then, new idea is applied to develop the framework of electronic label. The electronic label with new framework can provides nine display functions: one electronic label pointed to one slot or several slots; instructing one operator to pick one order; instructing one operator to picks several orders at same time; in structing one of several operators to pick one order; instructing one of several operators to pick several orders at same time; instructing the picking path; correcting errors; assisting inventory check; instructing price labeling. The electronic label with new framework can completely display picking information without any accessory and can use in any type of distribution center and warehous. |
