中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在探討不同膠合劑、用膠量、比重及廢輪胎粒片與木材粒片混合比率或層狀構造重量比率等製板條件對複合板製板性質及電磁波遮蔽性能之影響,其結果如次:1.PF膠及PU膠對廢輪胎及木材混合粒片製板之板質間並無明顯差異。2.以廢輪胎粒片及木材粒片各半混合以PF膠合製造複合板,比重(0.7或0.8)及用膠量(6、8、10%)對板質影響均不大,MOR均介於40-50kgf/cm^2之間。唯內聚強度有隨比重之增加及用膠量之增加而增加之趨勢,約介於5-8kgf/cm^2之間。吸水率及吸水厚度膨脹率則反之,分別介於26-14%及12-7%之間。3.不同比率(100/0、75/25、50/50、25/75、0/100)的木材粒片/廢輪胎粒片混合以PF膠合製板,MOR隨廢輪胎粒片之增加而減小。完全由廢輪胎粒片製板,則屬橡膠態,無法測得破壞強度,內緊強度5.9kgf/cm^2,顯示PF膠對廢輪胎粒片之膠合性良好。4.由前述不同比率的木材粒片/廢輪胎粒片混合製板之電磁波遮蔽性之介入衰減,有隨廢輪胎粒片之增加而增加之趨勢,以完全為廢輪胎粒片者為最大,在1.5-2.7GHz頻率範圍內,約在10dB左右,其餘比率者差異不大,約在5dB左右。反射衰減則隨廢輪胎粒片比率之增加而減少。相同比率之三層結構複合板(木粒片作表層)之電磁波遮蔽特性與混合製板者有幾近相同之結果。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was aimed at evaluating the effects of manufacturing factors, type of adhesive (PF and PU), glue level (6, 8 and 10%), sp. gr. (0.7and 0.8), mixing ratio and layer weight ratio of wood and waste tire particles , on the physical properties and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of composites. The results can be summarized as follows: 1.There is no difference in the mechanical properties between the composites bonded with PU or PF when they are made from 50% wood particles and waste tire particles, respectively. 2.The MOR properties of composites with sp. gr. of 0.7 or 0.8, and with glue level of 6, 8 or 10% showed no difference as the composites are made from 50% wood particles mixed with 50% waste tire particles. Their values are within 40-50 kgf/cm^2. However, their IB values are within 5-8kgf/cm^2 and increase with the increase of sp. gr. and glue level. Their water absorbency and thickness swelling are within 26-14% and 12-7%, respectively. 3.The MOR of composites made with different mixing ratio of wood particles and waste tire particles, 100/0, 75/25, 50/50,25175 or 0/100, and with PF glue level of 8% decrease with the increase of weight ratio of waste tire particles. And when the composites are made from waste tire particles only, their physical behavior become to be an elastic rubber and the MOR couldn't be measured. In this situation, they have a good IB properties (5.9 kgf/m^2), the result indicates that PF can bond waste tire particles well. 4.Composites made from wood particles mixed with different ratio of waste tire particles or made from wood particles overlaid onto the core of waste tire particles showed the same electromagnetic shielding characteristics. The insertion loss increases with the increase of weight ratio of waste tire particles, and will have the largest value of 10dB in the frequency range of 1.5-2.7GHz, when the composites are made from waste tire particles only. The insertion loss of other boards with others ratio of wood particles and tire particles already have the same values of 5 dB. In the other hand, the return loss of composites decreases with the increase of weight ratio of waste tire particles. |
