中文摘要 | 勞工參與經營並分享公司所有權對企業發展日益重要,員工入股制度逐漸受到企業的重視與採用。為瞭解國內企業實施入股制度之現況,及相關組織結構因素對實施此制度所造成之影響,本研究乃針對國內企業加以調查。從回收之160份有效問卷之分析統計,本研究發現,員工入股制度在國內企業採行的程度並不普遍,且多數的公司是最近幾年才實施的,因此未來仍有發展的空間。整體而言在入股方式上,國內企業在實施時多能普及至全體員工,而且是以低於市面價值的股價發售股票給員工。就組織結構因素而言,組織規模愈大、資本額愈多,實施入股制度的比例愈高;公司國籍別不同亦會形成入股制度的差異,其中以純本國人投資的公司實施入股制度的比例最高;工會組織有無及產業別不同並不會造成員工入股制度實施與否的差異。 |
英文摘要 | Employee joins business operation and shares ownership has become important for enterprise's growth, this results in the employee stock ownership plan become more popular today . In order to explore the current state of stock ownership in Taiwan and its determinants, this study implements a survey. Altogether one hundred and sixty enterprises sample were collected. The result shows that only hlaf of the respondent enterprises had implemented employee stock ownership plan and most of them implemented the plan less than ten years. Finding shows the scope of stock ownership plan covers most employees. In addition, most plans let employee purchase the stock cheaper than the market price. As to the determinants, the result shows that the bigger the firm size (in terms of employee number), the more the capital a company is, the more likely it implement a stock ownership plan. The probability of implementing a employee stock ownership plan also different by nationality. Native firms are more likely to have a plan than multinational subsidiaries in Taiwan. However, no significant difference were found by unionization and industry. |
