英文摘要 | In this paper, a new object-matching motion-compensation algorithm is presented for video coding. In the new algorithm、each frame in the video is first segmented to obtain a set of objects using existing image segmentation techniques. Then、a matching algorithm similar to the blockmatching algorithms is performed to achieve the motion compensation. Simulation results' show that the new object-matching algorithm enjoys low encoding complexity‘low compensation overheau anu goou performance‘and can be applied effectively for video coding. |
