中文摘要 | 本文之目的主要在探討熱對流及熱輻射效應 對柴氏長品之非線性動態過程之影響。分析之過程 為首先將隨溫度變化之對流條數及輻射條數做泰 勒級數展間,再以攝動理論之技巧,同時求解晶國 棒之溫度、拉伸速度及溶解液之溫度。經由分析得 知隨溫度變化之對流及輻射效應對柴氏長品系統 之影響大於相應之熱傳導效應。本研究之結果亦和 常熱傳條數之模型所預測之結果做比較,結果發現 擴大熔融液及外界間的溫差會增加兩模型闊的差 異,也即常熱傅你數之模型所預測之結果,在此情 況下須做較大之修正。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is to investigate the effects of convection and radiation on the nonlinear dynamic process in Czochralski (CZ) crystal growth. We first expand the nonlinear temperature-dependent convective and radiative heat transfer coefficient about the ambient temperature by Taylor-series method, and then the crystal temperature and the pull rate as well as the bulk melt temperature are determined by the perturbation techniques in a simply analytical manner. Comparing the results with that of the constant heat transfer coefficient model, it is found that the differences between these models are apparent, and the effect of convection and radiation on the process is much more apparent than the effect of the variable thermal conductivity. Furthermore, the higher the temperature difference between the crystal melting point and the surroundings ,the larger is the model difference. |
