中文摘要 | 本研究是探討二種團體護理指導方式:「團體觀看錄影帶」與「團體觀看錄影帶和討論」,對接受白內障手術病人的知識、術前焦慮以及術後自我照顧技能之影,以了解兩種護理指導之成效,做為臨床上應用之依據。研究採準實驗設計法,將病人分為兩組。實驗組I病人接受團體觀看錄影帶,實驗組II病人除了團體觀看錄影帶外,另接受團體討論的護理指導,採立意取樣,每組選30位病人進行研究。研究問卷包括(1)白內障手術知識量表;(2)情境與特質焦慮量表;(3)眼睛自我照顧技能評量表;(4)基本資料;(5)簡短式智能評估表等五部分,分別護理指導前後,及出院當日進行資料之收集。研究資料以百分比、t檢定、配對t檢定之統計分析,結果顯示:不論是「團體觀看錄影帶」或「團體觀看錄影帶和討論」對於知識、技能程度在統計上皆有顯著增加,對於焦慮程度則無明顯差異。比較二組間在知識、焦慮、技能程度方面的影響在統計上未呈現明顯差異。綜合結果可呈現「團體觀看錄影帶」方式可提供有效之護理指導內容,適用於臨床上提供白內障病人手術前之護埋指導。建議此「團體觀看錄影帶」可應用於白內障門診手術之護理指導。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to look at the influence of surgery on patients receiving cataract operations by looking at their knowledge about the disease, pre-operation anxiety and ability to take care of themselves after the operation through two different groups of nursing directive approaches: "Nursing instructions for group viewing of videotapes" compared with " Nursing instructions and discussions on group viewing of demonstration videotapes". The goal is to weigh the outcome of the two different instruction methods, to have a basis for clinical application. The study is based on a quasi-experiment design approach. The patients are divided into Groups I and II to run the respective experiments. Group I is to view videotaped nursing instructions, and Group II is view the same video plus take part in a group discussion on nursing instructions under the guidance of professionals. Following that, opinion sampling is taken, and 30 subjects are selected from each Group to be studied further. The study runs with a structural questionnaire. That includes:(1)basic information; (2)a relevant information weighing scale for cataract operation;(3)a sentiments and attributes anxiety table;(4)self-administered eye care competency measure sheet. There are four parts altogether, with data to be collected before and after nursing instructions are given, and on the day of discharge from the hospital. Data for study are given statistical analysis with percentiles, it rating, and pair trating processing, yielding the following results (1)significant promotion has come, statistically, regarding competency levels, whether in group I or Group II, but no significant difference is noted regarding the degree of anxiety;(2)no significant difference was noted, satistically, regarding effects on knowledge, anxiety or competency levels following the comparison of "Nursing instructions for group viewing of videotapes", versus "Nursing instructions and discussions on group viewing of demonstration videotaped". This may very well be taken as an effective nursing instruction rationale, applicable to clinical nursing instructions for cataract patients about to receive operations, and therefore, is suggested to be applied as a guideline for nursing instruction in preparation for clinical cataract operations. |
