中文摘要 | 本研究係於臺灣各地區,隨機取機紅磚樣本進每各種基本性質及白華試驗(包十甘ASTM C67法與模擬自然白華試驗法)並探討其關連性。由其結果顯示紅磚縱波速度與抗壓強度呈正相關;24小時浸水吸水率、5小時沸水吸水率及IRA皆與比重呈負相關。而白華發生時間與紅磚之孔隙率,24小時浸水吸水率、5小時沸水吸水率、IRA及5小時沸水重量損失率亦呈負相關,但與抗壓強度、縱度速度及飽和係數關係不顯著。 另外,藉著60天模擬自然白華試驗與ASTM C67白華試驗法比較發後者耗時過久(八天),且誤判率高,在臺灣地區適用上有其疑慮且不易推廣。本文建議利用五小時沸水損失率及一分鐘起始吸水率(IRA)做為判定白華產生與否之快速檢驗參數,尤其二者同時使用誤判率極低,可達到由材料方面防制白華之目的。 |
英文摘要 | The research sampled the red bricks factory in Taiwan at random for characters and efflorescence test (including ASTM C67 method and Imitating natural efflorescence test) and strength is positive association; 24 hours absorption 5 hours boiling absorption and IRA is negative with gravity. Besides, the timing of development of efflorescence is negative associated with pority ratio, 24 hours absorption, 5 hours boiling absorption, IRA and Losity ratio of 5 hours boiling. But is not obviously related compression pluse wave velocity and saturation coefficient. Besides, in comparison to the Imitating natural efflorescence test for sixty days and ASTM C67 method, the latter need more time (eight days) and the mistake ratio is high in the latter. So, the application in Taiwan is apprehensive and is not easy to propagate. Therefore, we suggest losity ratio of 5 hours boiling and IRA for the rapid testing parameter in efflorescence production. Particularly, the mistake ratio is very low by using both method simultaneously, so it is thoroughly to prevent efflorescence of bricks on materials. |
