中文摘要 | 本文係以S-N曲線為基礎,發展一套考慮負荷順序效應之可靠度計算方法。並模 擬兩階段負荷之可靠度退化曲線,比對動態可靠度模式,用以探討代數型動態可靠度模式中 參數受外在需求改變之變化情形。結果顯示,代數型可靠度模式適合描述機件疲勞破壞行為 。 又探討負荷之順序性,對可靠度及失效率之影響程度。結果發現,機件各負荷程序之初始失 效率,除受應力變化比值影響外,前一負荷程序之應力值亦將影響失效率之變化程度。吾人 並藉此分析結果,建立各負荷程序之初始失效率修正關係式。並由範例中,得到良好之驗證 。 |
英文摘要 | This paper investigates the fatigue reliability under two-level step loading based on S-N curves. Two types of dynamic reliability models are used to fit the simulated fatigue reliability curves. The results show that an algebraic relationship between the failure rate and reliability is suitable for describing the fatigue reliability variation. The influence of the loading sequence on the reliability and failure rate is also discussed. It indicates that the starting failure rate Ao �� at the second loading stage depends on the magnitude of previous loading as well as the load ratio (S �� /S �� ). A linear semi-log relation between Ao �� and (S �� / �� ) is presented. |
