中文摘要 | 本文應用最佳化法中共軛梯度參數預估法來同時預測果蔬的熱傳導係數、熱容量 與熱擴散係數等參數, 此預測法是將問題解析成(一)直接問題(二)敏感問題(三) 梯度方程式等三個疊代步驟,文中將有詳細的推導過程。本文採用此方法經測試結果顯示: 當利用單一溫度埋測點來同時預測果蔬的k,C 與α時, 在足夠量測時間與較小溫度量測誤 差下就可準確地進行預測;若採兩點溫度埋測點來預測時,其對初始猜測值相當不敏感,收 斂速度相當快,所得預測值更可靠、準確。從探討的結果得知欲提高預測值的準確度,可採 兩點溫度埋測點 (一點量測點位置埋在加熱源表面態、另一點量測點的位置埋在靠近加熱源 表面 )、並延長量測總時間等設計條件。 |
英文摘要 | This paper employs the conjugate gradient optimization method to simultaneously predict the thermal conductivity, heat capacity and thermal diffusivity of vegetables. The parametric estimation method is divided into three problems (1)Direct problem, (2)Sensitivity problem, (3)Gradient equation. The mathematical derivation formulation is detailedly addressed in this work. The results indicate that under the circumstances of longer measured time with small measured temperature errors, a single buried measured temperature point is sufficiently available for certainly obtaining the estimated values of thermal properties. Further, for the two points of measured temperature, the predicted calculation is rather insensitive to initialguesses of k, C and the estimated results are very accurate. Also, the arrangement of locating one measured point at the heating surface and a second point at around there will considerably raises the predicted accuracy. |
