中文摘要 | 由電導度及化學分析的資料已偵測到臺灣蘭陽平原北區的地下水局部發生鹽化現 象。本文結合穩定同位素的數據,進一步探討造成該區地下水鹽化的機制。該區部份地下水 形成穩定同位素富集的現象,可歸納出二種主要的作用:(1)海水入滲,及(2)同位素 偏重的地表水滲入地下含水層。沿海地區地下水鹽化的主要原因是由於養殖業過量抽取地下 水所導致。為了舒緩沿海區地下水鹽化的現象,必須嚴格規範地下水應在安全限度內抽取汲 用。 |
英文摘要 | Saline groundwaters have been detected from the evidence provided by conductivity and chemistry in the northern coastal area of the Lan-Yang Plain, I-Lan county, Taiwan. The mechanisms of groundwater salinization were diagnosed by measurements of isotopic analyses in this study. Two main processes are identified as being responsible for the stable isotope enrichment in groundwaters: (1) the intrusion of sea water, and (2) the mixing of isotope-enriched surface water into the aquifer. The major reason for groundwater salinization has been sea water encroachment resulting from the overpumping of groundwater by farmers using freshwater aquaculture in this area. In order to alleviate groundwater salinization, measures and regulations with regard to safe drawing control for groundwaters should be strictly adopted and enforced in the coastal areas of Taiwan. |
