英文摘要 | The purpose of this article is to describe Kounis's research findings and their applications pertinent to the relationship between certain. teaching behavior and, resultant behavior of students in the classroom. He found that withitness, overlapping, smoothness, momentem, and group alerting were the teacher practices most highly related to management success. These findings have become important principles for classroom manage-ment and have been incorporated into today' s most effective models of student discipline. |
