| 中文摘要 | 為了解決彩色映像管之Shadow Mask的熱膨脹問題,必須施以適當之黑化處理以提 高其熱輻射能力。傳統之黑化處理係以放熱型爐氣( DX gas )作為保護氣氛,然而放熱型 爐氣之性質受溫度影響極大。本實驗採在 N �砟仆K加 H �砟� H �� O,對 A/K 冷壓延鋼板 ( Al-killed cold rolled low carbon steel sheet )施以黑化處理,研究氣氛之 PH �� O/PH �砥B 處理溫度及時間長短對黑化品質的影響。 結果得知: 黑化處理的最佳相為 Magnetite ( Fe �� O �瓷^, 並且要避免形成 Wustite ( FeO )及 Hematite ( Fe �� O �陛^。在 500 ℃,PH �� O/PH �� =0.3 ∼ 0.6 之 N �� - H �� -H �� O 氣氛中,黑化 處理 1 ∼ 2 小時,即可獲得 Magnetite 之最大放射率,且其成形性( Formability )與 原材並無太大差異。 |
| 英文摘要 | In order to reduce the thermal expansion of steel shadow mask in color monitor, a blackening treatment most often carried out in an exothermic atmosphere (DX gas) was applied to the shadow mask to improve its efficiency of thermal emissivity. When these conducted in a continuous furnace, however, problem may arise because that the characteristics of the DX gas varied markedly with temperature in different heating zones of the furnace. In this study a N �� -based atmosphere with additions of H �� and H �� O was examined for a replacement of the DX gas. The results showed that the thermal emissivity of the cold rolled carbon steel sheet reaching 0.8 or higher can be achieved without apparent degradation of formability due to the formation of monolithic magnetite phase under the N �� -H �� -H �� O atmosphere with PH �� O/PH �� =0.3 ∼ 0.6 at 500 ℃ for 1 ∼ 2 hours. |
