中文摘要 | 由於具備了優異的比強度與比剛性,碳纖維是應用於複合材料中極廣泛之強化纖維。除了優異之機械性質外,其在纖維軸向亦有不錯之導電性,然而其導電性仍不如金屬,因而限制了其在某些方面之應用,如具電磁波遮蔽之複合材料。本研究針對碳纖維及其石墨層間化合物之導電性作探討,在層間化合物之製備上將使用硝酸、溴以及氯化銅等三種反應物質來合成碳纖維石墨層間化合物。除了導電行為之研究外,吾人亦將研究碳纖維石墨層間化合物之機械性質與熱穩定性,及其與結構間之關係。 |
英文摘要 | Due to its high specific strength and specific modulus, the carbon fiber is one of the most widely used reinforcements in composite materials. In addition to the excellent mechanical properties, the carbon fiber also possesses good axial ellectrical conductivity. However, the use of carbon fibers has been hampered in some applications, e.g. electromagnetic interference shielding, by the relatively low conductivity with respect to the metallic components they are replacing. In this research, the electrical conductivity of intercalation compounds of pitch-based carbon fibers was studied. Nitric acid, Bromine, and copper chloride were used as intercalants in the preparations of intercalation compounds. In addition to the electrical conductivity, the mechanical properties, thermal properties, and their relationships with structure were also be investigated. |
