中文摘要 | 利用溶有SnCl�痕滌s精的溶液,噴塗於高溫的玻璃基材,可成功地在玻璃基材表面生成厚約1mm的類氧化錫薄膜。其表面電阻可降至7×10�超m/□,在320℃ 3小時之熱處理下其透光度高達90%,已達顯示器的透明及表面抗靜電處理要求及氣體感測器的應用範圍;又摻雜銻雖略可改善其導電度,但會造成透光度下降。 |
英文摘要 | The tin oxide film can be successfully formed by the spray pyrolysis of alcohol solution with 5vol% stannic chloride (Ⅳ ) on heated glass substrate. The resistivity can reach to as low as 7×10�超m/ □ that meets the requirement for anti-static application of display and gas sensor materials when films' thickness is 1mm and is post heat-treated at 320℃ for 3 hours. The transparency is above 90% whether post heat-treatment is applied or not. The doping of antimony will result in some improvement of conductivity. However, the transparency will be deteriorated seriously. |
