| 中文摘要 | 本文係以不同工藝參數製成二種不同基重(1.7d 為165 g/m��,265 g/m��,6d為265 g/m ��, 365 g/m �� ) 不織布為屋頂防水材料的基布,並選擇聚氨酯 (PU) 為防水層, 塗 佈於不織布基布上, 成為一完整的聚氨酯防水薄片 (Sheets)。 實驗結果顯示:使用 1.7d 纖維、 36 號軋針製成基重 265 g/m �揪漱�織布是較佳的選擇, 其縱向 (Machine Direction;MD)、橫向 (Cross Direction;CD) 抗拉強度分別為 72.56 kg/cm �援M 65.91 kg/cm �插C而防水材料物性方面:塗佈率為 641.70%,剝離強力為 8.60 kg,縱、橫向撕裂 強力分別為 12.6kg、 11.6kg,至於縱、橫向抗拉強度則為 67.52kg/cm �握� 62.34 kg/cm �插A由各種模擬戶外氣候處理作用結果顯示;以熱對聚氨酯防水薄片影響程度最大,其次為 紫外線 (UV) 照射,至於水處理則無太明顯作用。 |
| 英文摘要 | In the study, we used various processes to manufacture nonwoven base cloths as roof waterproof materials. In our study by changing needle punching parameters in process, we got different unit weights (165 g/m ��,265 g/m ��,365 g/m �� ). PU (Polyurethane) was choosen to coat on nonwoven base cloths as waterproof membrane for waterproof sheets. The results indicated that the nonwoven fabric in 1.7d fiber, No.36 needle and unit weight 265 g/m �� was a better choice. The Machine Direction (MD), Cross Direction (CD) tensile stength were 72.56 g/m ��,65.91 g/m �� respectively. The physical properties of roof waterproof materials: coating ratio is 641.70%; peeling strength is 8.60 kg; MD, CD tearing strength are 12.60 kg, 11.0 kg respectively and MD, CD tensile strength are 67.52 g/m ��,62.34 g/m �� respectively. The results of simulative treatments of outdoor climate showed that hot treatment caused greater harm than Ultraviolet rays (UV) treatment. The effects of water treatment were not obvious. |
