中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在研製穀倉自動通風控制系統,使通風作業能依季節的變化或穀物 狀況而自動調節,達到適時適量的通風目的。本研究應用 8951 單晶片設計穀倉通風控制系 統,結合感測系統、控制系統與通風系統設計方面的觀念,單晶片控制器依照設定的控制策 略運作控制穀倉內的穀溫。由實驗結果得知,所設計的控制器,可以自動控制穀倉通風系統 , 且量測的穀溫訊號可經由串列通訊 RS232 傳送至電腦,做為穀倉監控顯示並將穀溫資料 記錄在電腦檔案中,供往後進一步追蹤研究之用。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this research was to set up an aerator controller which can automatically regulate the aeration condition based on the seasonal changes of weather and states of grain. Application and design of a single chip controller 8951 for grain aeration was developed. The aerator controller is included the sensor system, the control system and the aerator system. A single chip controller was used to monitor and control paddy temperature according to the predetermined conditions. The controller can control paddy temperature and transmit data to a computer for display of temperature transition inside paddy warehouse. During aeration, The paddy temperatures can be saved in the computer for further analysis. |
