中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於建立鈦合金壓縮器葉片之恆溫緞造製程技術,研究中同時採用恆溫鍛造製程及傳統鍛造製程鍛製葉片鍛件,以比較 不同製程中鍛材可鍛性之差異。研究結果顯示恆溫鍛造製程能大幅提昇鈦合金之可鍛性,在鍛製Ti-6Al-4V葉片鍛件時,與傳統製程相比材料重 量節省可達38%。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to develop isothermal forging technology for titanium compressor vane. In this study both isothermal forging process and conventional forging process were used to produce vane forgings, in order to compare the stock forgeability in different processes. The experimental result shows that the isothermal forging process greatly improves the forgeability of titamium stock and the weight reduction for Ti-6Al-4V vane forgings can reach to 38% by isothermal forging process. |
