中文摘要 | 我國中小企業目前正面臨發展之瓶頸,而邁向國際化,則是突破困境的合理途徑。本研究主要目的在於探討中小企業國際化過程中,適當之人力資源管理策略。本文首先分析國內兩個中小企業經由人力資源有效運用而成功的過程。其次利用組織生週期之觀點,分析國際化過程之組織設計、人力資源管理模式、與組織管理特性。最後,本研究提出國內中小企業邁向國際化的不同階段,所應採取之不同之人力資源管理理策略,以強化致勝之契機。 |
英文摘要 | Internationalization is the best way to breakthrough the bottleneck which currently blocks the futher development of small and medium enterprises in Taiwan. The purpose of this study is to investigate the suitable human resources management strategies under the process of business internationalization. Firstly, the paper describe the experiences of two companies how they achieve success by developing human resource. Then, we employ the perspective of organizational life cycle to analyze the principles of organizational design, the models of human resource management, and the features of organizational management under different stages of internationalization. Finally, this study proposes some human resource management strategies for the small and medium enterprises to apply to achieve the success of business internationalization. |
