中文摘要 | 為配合生產自動化之實施,相關的物料搬運系統亦不容忽視。對於大部份的製造系統而言,物料搬運亦非常重要。根據Hill (1980)的統計,在工廠中幾乎有80%的人工成本是花在物料搬運。因此,降低搬運成本成了降低生產成本的一大途徑。基於這個理念,無人駕駛搬運車(AGV)的應用,也跟著醞釀而生。 已經有多的研究投注於AGV系統。但是,大部份的研究著重於車乘載式AGV。而且,由於AGV系統具有很大的彈性來適應各種不同的製造生產模式,對於AGV系統的最佳化應用,至今仍未得到一個共通的答案。本研究的最大目的,乃在於經由本研究所設計的各種不同生產環境中,對於多乘載式AGV系統之行為做一連串之分析。 在分析中,所控制的變數包括:派車邏輯(dispatching rules)、AGV數量、路線設計、工作站個數及AGV之搭載量。而其系統表現乃根據總產量、AGV忙碌比率的結果來對各控制變數做一交互比較。本研究期望經由控制這些變數,能歸納在製造系統與AGV應用上的最佳化條件。 |
英文摘要 | Automated guided vehicles play a very important role in modern manufacturing system. Applications of automated guided vehicles in manufacturing systems have been widely studied. However, most of the studies are based on the operational environment of single load vehicle capacity and unidirectional guide path design. In this study, a simulator was modified to fit the requirements of multiple unit load vehicle capacity. The model implementation and delivery rules for the multiple unit loads on board are also developed and discussed. Finally, the performance of multiple unit load vehicle in a manufacturing system is studied. The system performance under multiple unit load capacity vehicles is compared with that of a single unit load capacity vehicle, using several performance measures. Under 32 hours simulation in this study, multiple unit load capacity vehicles did improve the system throughput over 100% in comparison to those of single unit load capacity vehicles. |
