| 中文摘要 | 本文係針對聚醯胺纖維Nylon6與Nylon 6.6進行之物性及染色性探討,由實驗結果顯示,Nylon 6之上色率比Nylon 6.6高出約10 %,而Nylon6染色敏感溫度範圍亦比Nylon6.6要來得寬廣。在酸性染料染色過程中,以醋酸鈉調節pH值有助於染色前後pH值之穩定,並進一步管制染色再現性。 |
| 英文摘要 | This paper discussed the physical characteristies and dyeing properties on polyamide included Nylon 6 and Nylon 6.6. According to the results, it proved that the color yeild of Nylon 6 was 10% higher than Nylon 6.6, and the range of the dyeing critical temperature on Nylon 6 was wider than Nylon 6.6 either. When dyeing with acid dyestuffs, adjusting pH value by sodium acetate was the optimum process and the control of dyeing repro-ducibility would be obtained easily. |
