中文摘要 | 在競爭激烈的市場環境中,企業管理者為了要使企業能達到永續經營目標,必須尋找出符合消費者需求的行銷策略。消費者的心裡在想些什麼?如何去預測消費者的需求呢?這些問題一直是企業經營者所關心的。以往預測方式不外乎是採取"時間序列"、"多重迴歸"、"指數平滑模式"等預測法。本研究則採用類神經網路來預測經營者在經營一家獨立式店面的藥局時必須注意到有那些消費者需求,但是,一般在研究消費者需求時,往往只針對某一特定的點做探討,鮮少將如何找出消費者需求的完整流程整理出來。 本研究以實際的獨立式店面-藥局,來探討如何在動態市場環境中尋找企業適當的成功關鍵因素。利用過去由美國軍方所用以描述流程的IDEF(Integrated Computer-Aided Manufacturing, ICAM DEFINITION)方法論中的IDEFO,來描述從動態市場中決定出適合該企業的成功關鍵因素之流程,並且結合類神經網路來預測經營者在經營一家獨立式店面經營之藥局時必須注意到的消費者需求有那些,並以街頭填寫問卷方式得到原始資料。藉由本研究來探討消費者在購買藥品時其選擇藥局的重要因素為何,以作為企業經營者在擬定企業經營目標的方向,使企業能依據不同消費群找出適合該企業的消費者的動態需求。 |
英文摘要 | The process of developing and implementing strategies has been escribed over the years by various terms, including budgeting and control, long-range planning, strategic management, and strategic marketing management. All these terms have similar meanings. But merely of these strategies are implemented by computerized information system. The study uses some well-known methods to develop marketing strategies that will improve the service quality of local chain retail trade company. Based on these strategies, a computerized strategic marketing information system can be implemented to help the owner of the local, medium and small size, chain retail trade firm making better and right daily decision. Furthermore, the study tries to find out the key successful factors of implementing a service oriented marketing management information system. We use the IDEFO combine with Back Propagation Network method to find out critical success factors for small size firms with limited resources. With the results, a low-cost marketing strategy can be used to achieve a sustainable cost advantage for those medium and small size firms, especially when they hope to enter the new era of electronic commerce. Based on these strategies and computer information system, a system of developing dynamic strategy and continuous improvement for those medium and small size companies can be done. |
