中文摘要 | 本研究利用□Si核磁共振(NMR)探討三種強塑劑(代號N1、N2、M1)對波特蘭第一 型水泥水化行為之影響,並與各漿體的凝結時間和抗壓強度之測試結果相互印證。研究結果 顯示水泥漿體之水化程度與聚矽陰離子長度均隨齡期增加而增加;高水灰比漿體(w/c=0.4)比 低水灰比者(w/c=0.3)呈現較高的水化程度;且會形成較多的C-S-H(SI)膠體,因此聚矽陰離 子長度也較大。N1與M1屬一般型強塑劑,其加入對水泥漿體之水化作用和凝結時間的影響 較輕微,而可增進試體的抗壓強度;相對的N2屬緩凝型強塑劑,會明顯抑制漿體之水化作用 且延長凝結時間、加入N2的試體抗壓強度(28天齡期)反而低於未添加者。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, □Si NMR was used to analyze the effect of three superplasticizers (SP), i.e., M1, N1 and N2, on the hydration behavior of Type I Portland cement based on the test results of setting time and compressive strength. The results show that the degree of hydration and the polysilicate length of cement pastes increases with curing age. Pastes with higher w / c ( = 0.4), compared with those with lower w / c ( = 0.3), become more hydrated and possess longer polysilicate length, because more C-S-H(SI) gels are formed in material. SP of normal type such as N1 or M1 will affect the degree of cement hydration or the setting time slightly, and improve the compressive strength of cement pastes. In contrast, N2 belongs to retarding SP and will severely lower the degree of cement hydration or prolong the setting time. The 28 day-cured pastes with N2 present even show less compressive strength than those without N2 present. |
