中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討國民中學行政人員分享決策與學校效能之關係。為達到研究目的,乃採文獻分析與問卷調查的方法,並以高雄縣、高雄市、屏東縣之15所國中180位主任、組長為對象,以自編問卷為研究工具蒐集資料,再以SPSS/PC+進行統計分析,驗證研究假設。 本研究主要發現如下: 一、不同分享決策程度與學校效能具有顯著的差異。分享決策程度愈高,學校效能愈佳。 二、分享決策與學校效能具有顯著的正相關。分享決策愈多,學校效能也愈佳。 三、不同性別、學校規模、學校地區,在分享決策上並未具顯著的差異;而不同的行政職務 、不同的工作角色,在分享決策上則具有顯著的差異,主任職務大於組長,總務工作大 於輔導。 四、不同工作角色、學校規模、學校地區,在學校效能上並未具顯著的差異;而不同的性別 、不同的行政職務,在學校效能上則具有顯著的差異,其中男性大於女性,主任職務大 組長。 基於研究結論,茲提出建議如下: 一、善用溝通分享決策資訊 二、充分授權發揮行政效能 三、提供參與擴大決策共識 四、營造分享行政決策氣氛 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore the relations of junior high school administrators' shared decision making and school effectiveness. Literature analysis and questionary survey were used on this study. There were 180 administrators randomly sampled from 15 junior high schools, including Kaohsiung County, Kaohsiung City, and Pingtung County. The self-designed questionnaire was used to collect data which were analyzed by SPSS/PC+. The results of the study are as following: 1.School effectiveness significantly differs by the various degrees of shared decision making. 2.Shared decision making and school effectiveness show significantly positive correlation. 3.In shared decision making, there are no significant differences among sex, school size, and location, but administration position and role. 4.In school effectiveness, there are no significant differences among role, school size, and location, but sex and administration position. According to the results of the research, there are some suggestions in school administration and administrators in the research. |
