中文摘要 | 本研究以醋酸配位異丙氧基鈦成乙醯氧鈦前導物,於酸性溶液中經溶膠-凝膠法 製得凝膠體後,再燒成( La,Sr )( Ti,Nb ) O �偃陴*誑翩C 探討配製條件,如反應溫 度、水量和 AcO/Ti 比值對形成陶瓷粉末之粉體性質的影響。 得結論如下: 在較低溫度( 40 ℃)、較低水量(水╱烷氧鈦化物值為5)或較低醋酸╱烷氧鈦化物值為5下, 反應速 率較慢,生成的粉末顆粒較大,因而燒結性較差。相反的,在較高溫度( 60 ℃)、較多水 量(水╱烷氧鈦化物值為 20 )和醋酸╱烷氧鈦化物值為 10 下,反應速率較快,生成的粉 末顆粒較細, 大約 0.3 μ m。 且在起始原料配製中使( La+Sr )╱( Ti+Nb )為 0.95-1.05 以探討微結構中過量 SrO 或 TiO �祟狾赤澈D化學計量對燒結性及介電性的影響 , 亦得知過量的 TiO �祕釩P進陶瓷體的燒結現象,但對陶瓷體的介電常數並無改善作用, 而構造中過量的 SrO 雖無助於陶瓷的燒結性,卻增加了陶瓷體的介電常數。 |
英文摘要 | Titanyl acylate precursors from chelating acetic acid with titanium alkoxide, which were used in sol-gel processes to get gels in the studies. After drying and calcining, the gels were converted into powders of (La,Sr) (Ti,Nb)O ��. The factors affecting the formation of the powders, such as temperature, water content and AcO/Ti ratio were investigated. It was shown that the coarse particle was prepared much more slowly at lower temperature (40 ℃ ), lower water content (water/titanium alkoxide=5) and lower AcO/Ti ratio (acetic acid/titanium alkoxide=5). So the sinterability of the powder is no so good. On the contrary, at the higher temperature (60 ℃ ), the higher water content (the ratio of water to titanium alkoxide is 20) and the higher AcO/Ti ratio (the ratio of acetic acid to titanium alkoxide is 10), the fine particle size was prepared much more fast and the particle size formed is finer at 0.3 μ m. Additionally, the sintering behaviours and dielectric properties of the heterovalent dopant of La �� and Nb ���� in SrTiO �� with Sr/Ti ratios ranging from 0.95 to 1.05 in the starting raw materials were also investigated. The ceramic prepared at various Sr: Ti ratios, results in a lower sintering temperature for excess TiO ��, and increases in the dielectric constant for excess SrO in (La,Sr)(Ti,Nb)O ��. |
