中文摘要 | 本研究中利用TMA-DDTMA和HDTMA三種有機陽離子對鈣蒙脫土進行改良。將不同比 例改良黏土加於純的鈣蒙脫土,利用三軸柔性壁滲透儀進行滲透性實驗並分別以蒸餾水、飽 和有機氯農藥水溶液及不同配比之有機溶劑 (甲醇與丙酮 ) 當作滲透液進行滲透實驗, 分 析其滲透係數與滲出液農藥含量。結果顯示,經過有機陽離子改良的黏土其有機質含量大幅 增加,且表面特性在孔隙大小及表面積方面差異極大。在足夠圍壓下,以低濃度甲醇與丙酮 淋洗不會改變鈣蒙脫土混合添加改良土的滲透性,但 40 %甲醇滲透液較以純水為滲透液時 則降低土柱的滲透係數達 60 %。 添加 TMA 改良黏土可降低黏土滲透性,但對靈丹的吸附 性並未增加。 HDTMA 和 DDTMA 改良黏土添加多量時,會造成滲透係數上升;但添加 HDTMA 和 DDTMA 改良黏土卻可增強土柱對有機污染物的阻滯能力。 因此同時考量黏土之滲透係數 與對有機污染物的阻滯能力時,混合黏土之添加比例與改質陽離子之大小應擇取一最適值。 |
英文摘要 | Three different types of natural clays incorporated with modified clays, which were natural clays exchanged with organic cations in the form [(CH �� ) �� NR]+, were tested to evaluate the changes in permeability under exposure to organic permeants. Several organic cations were used to modify natural clays through an ion-exchange reaction.The modified clays were added to the natural clays for permeation and adsorption experiments. Organo-chlorine pesticides were used as representatives of relatively nonprlar organic contaminants, and 5%, 40% methanoi and 5% acetone solutions were used as organic leachates in the permeation (leaching) experiments. Under conditions of effective pressure, a low concentration of organic leachates did not change the permeability of the Ca-Montmorillonite and clay-containing modified clay. The addition of 5% and 15% tetramethylammonium (TMA)-modified clays reduced the permeability of the mixed clays but did not affect the sorption of lindane. Adding 5% and 15% tetramethylam m (TMA)-modified clay to the Ca-Montmorillonite decreased the permeability of Ca-Montmorillonite, but the adsorption of lindane did not increase. When hexadecyltrimethylammonium (HDTMA)-modified clay was added to the Ca-Montmorillonite, the permeability values decreased in proportion to the amount of HDTMA present in the natural clay. In addition, through an analysis of the zeta potential of clays in organic solution, it was found that clays tend to form more compact structures. |
