中文摘要 | 本研究旨在發展一種全自動控制系統自中型迴旋加速器□Kr(p,2n)□核反應中製 備毫居里銣-81/氪-81m核種發生器,主要程序步驟包括:(1)氪氣充填與回收;(2)銣-81水 洗;(3)銣-81分裝至各發生器;(4)取樣與裝填活度線上監控;(5)靶腔乾燥與抽真空處理;(6) 廢液排放等。實驗顯示利用99.9%高豐度氪-82為氣體靶,於迴旋加速器質子束能量25-30MeV 及電流強度5μA條件下照射30-38分鐘,可獲得銣-81批次產率約22mCi/μAh/100psi Kr, 照射後之氪-82自靶腔抽回貯氣瓶,其回收率高達99.99%以上。利用1ιpm空氣連續沖洗所 製備之毫居里氪-81m核種發生器,顯示氪-81m吹出率相對於銣-81裝填活度約為90%,其核 種純度大於99.999%,符合核醫應用肺造影之規格需求。全程序利用自動控制操作從照射停 止至完成各發生器活度裝填,可在一小時內達成。 |
英文摘要 | This study is purposed to develop a fully automated controlled system for the preparation of millicuries □Rb/□Kr generators with a compact cyclotron via the reaction □Kr(p,2n)□Rb. The main processes include: (1) injection and recovery of Kr gases; (2) washout of □Rb; (3) dispension of □Rb into generators in parallel; (4) sampling and on-line monitoring of radioactivity loaded; (5) drying and evacuation of target chamber, and (6) waste disposal. Experimentally, the yield of □Rb could be obtained approximately 22mCi/μAh/100psi Kr per run with enriched 99.9% □Kr as gas target under the irradiation of protons at 25-30 MeV and a beam current of 5μA for 30-38 minutes. After the end of bombardment, the recovery of □Kr from target chamber to gas storage bottle was found of greater than 99.99%. □Kr could be continuously eluted out from the provided millicuries generator at air flow 1 ιtpm that the yields of it were calculated around 90% with respect to the loaded activity of □Rb, and larger than 99.999% radionucide purities were quite satisfactory to meet the requirement for lung imaging in nuclear medicine applications. The process time, that performed from the end of bombardment to the generators loaded with activity automatically, was estimated less than one hour. |
