中文摘要 | 對於量測受荷載下之圓柱表面的變形問題,一般而言,對圓柱形狀的量測較為容 易,而對圓柱表面上微量變形的量測則較為困難,若要直接量出三維的變形分量,則更具挑 戰性。本研究應用疊紋法原理,提出二種方法,均可同時量測圓柱表面上之三維位移。方法 一是由圓柱面上之試體光柵與平面參考光柵相疊合,攝得圓柱面未變形前之疊紋條紋圖,以 此為基準,與變形後之疊紋條紋圖比較,再以本文提出之非線性錯位法,可直接分析其表面 位移。方法二是以未變形之試體光柵做為參考光柵,加載後再對變形圓柱面以雙重曝光法攝 得疊紋條紋圖,由疊紋條紋間距來推算表面位移。本文以已知幾何形狀的圓柱試體為例,對 所提出的兩種方法進行測試,並分別與推導之理論值及以測微錶之量測值相比較驗證,獲得 甚滿意的結果。 |
英文摘要 | For the measurement of cylindrical surfaces, it is usually more easier to measure the shape of a body than to measure the small deformation of the surface of a loaded cylinder. Directly to obtain the displacement components from the three-dimensional deformed cylindrical surface in experiment is a quite challenge. In this research, two approaches of geometric moire methods are provided to measure the deformation of cylindrical surfaces. The first method is to superpose the plane reference grating on the cylindrical specimen grating. The inplane displacement component can be obtained by using an extended nonlinear mismatch method that subtracted the initial fringes from the deformed fringes. The second method used the double exposure technique on the same photo-film that superposed the images of the original grating on the cylindrical surface and the deformed grating after loading. A cylindrical specimen subjected to uniform axial pressure is employed to illustrate the accuracy of these two methods. Comparing the experimental results and the theoretical values have been proved to have good performance. |
