中文摘要 | 本文主要是研究鎳基合金硬面銲補層在添加不同合金元素後,其顯微組 織及硬度對耐磨耗性的影響。結果顯示,鈮可以降低摩擦係數而減少磨損;同時 添加鉬與碳則會形成粗大之析出物,在乾磨耗中與陶瓷球對磨時,此粗大之硬相 顆粒較能提供良好的磨耗阻抗。在油潤滑下,摩擦介面間會產生由磨屑所堆積成 的保護層,若底材其有高硬度則有利於此保護層的維持,而降低磨耗損失。 |
英文摘要 | This research is to study the microstructure and the hardness of the nickel-base hardfacingalloy influencing the wear resistance of the deposit layer when adding different alloy elements.In this research there are several important findings as the following. (1)Niobium can reduce the friction and results in less wear loss of deposited layer. (2)When adding molybdenum and carbon, they will combine and form coarse precipitate which gives excellent wear resistance to the deposited layer against Si�衹�� ceramic ball wear test under the dry wear condition. (3)Underoil lubrication, the wear debris will accumulate and form a protection layer on the worn surface. If such protection layer is derived from high hardness deposit layer, it will retain and then reduce the wear loss. |
