中文摘要 | 本研究將試圖利用類神經網路(neural network)於非線性系統控制。首先以類神經網路來描述系統動態特性(system dynamics),其次再利用此系統鑑定模式來設計一適當的類神經控制器(neural controller)。由於類神經網路應用於系統鑑定(system identification),具有相當高的準確性;因此本研究將利用此類神經系統模式於一閉迴路控制系統中,先以類神經網路來描述系統動態特性,再應用另一類神經網路來控制此一閉迴路系統,並提出此一神經控制器的設計方法,可方便地運用類神經網路於於閉迴路系統控制。由電腦模擬的結果可知,類神經路不僅提供一方便可行的系統鑑定方法,亦可運用於非線性系統控制,並可達到相當高之系統控制精度。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, a single-hidden layer neural network is applied on the nonlinear system control. The neural network is used to identify a nonlinear system. Based on the result of system identification, a neural controller of the nonlinear system can be obtained. Because the neural network can be used to identify a nonlinear system with accuracy, the system dynamics of the nonlinear system can be well described. By applying the identified system model in the closed-loop system, another neural network can be trained to be a controller to minimize the errors of system output. In this study, an algoritm is proposed toestimate the weightings of neural controller. The simulation study shows that the proposed alsogrithm can be used to design a neural controller. |
