中文摘要 | 以超臨界流體對紡織材料進行染色是一種新的染色技術,此技術係利用流體處在臨界壓力與臨界溫度的狀態下,對有機染料具有極佳的溶解性來進行染色,因此在染色工程中完全不需要使用水,是一種符合環保的染色方法,本研究即以超臨界二氧化碳系統對細丹尼聚酯織物進行染色,並探討其最適化染色操作條件。結果顯示,染色壓力超過3000psi時,織物可以完全去除色差及染斑的問題,在3500psi的壓力下可以得到最大的染著量,染色溫度則以120~130℃為宜,染色完成釋壓時,採用多次降壓一再升壓的操作,將會增加流體、染料與織物的接觸機會而提高樣本的均染性及染著量。樣本的染著量與所用的染料濃度具有線性的關係,另外織物的pH值為5時對染色最有利,藉由適當的操作條件,超臨界二氧化碳染色系統將能夠更容易的被使用在實際的染色工程中,以除去傳統染色時關於染色廢水處理的困擾。 |
英文摘要 | It's a new dyeing process for dyeing textile material in super-criticalcarbon dioxide. System consisting of gases under critical pressure and temperature show interesting properties for dissolving organic dyestuffs. Sodon't need water in the dyeing process. In this work, we dye fine denier polyester fabric using supercritical fluid technology. The results show thatsome faults like dyeing spots disappeared when pressure are raised upon 3000psi, and better exhaustion are observed with pressure of 3500 psi. Temperature between 120~130℃ are suitable for dyeing of polyester. If we released pressure step by step, we can get deeper shade because of the increment of contact between fluid dyestuff and the substrate. It also has proved that dyeing results are best at pH 5. Using the suitable condition, supercritical CO□ can be applied in the reality engineering and eliminate the pollution treatment of solution. |
