中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在以深入探討個案的方式來了解我國企業推行高階主管資訊系統(Executive Information System, EIS) 的關鍵影響因素及這些因素間的相互因果關係為何,透過對一定有非常成功實施EIS經驗的大規模民營製造業的調查,本研究發現了高階主管支持與要求,優良的EIS品質與功能的提供,使用者配合接受的程度等共十二組因素直接的、間接的會影響EIS的成功,且其因素之間也都有互動的困果影響關係存在,最後本研究綜合整理出一個整合性的EIS因果關係模型,並提出九個假說。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore the critical success factors (CSF) for the successful implementation of Executive Information System (EIS) and the causal relationships among these CSFs. Through a case study of a auto manufacturer, twelve key factors are identified such a as CEO’s support, information quality of EIS, cooperation and acceptance of user etc. The interactions and causal relationships among these factors are also discussed. At the end a integrated EIS research model and nine hypotheses are created and proposed. |
