中文摘要 | 本文分析採用電弧爐的161kV級大型鋼鐵廠,對輸配電系統電力品質的 影響,其中包含2家交流和1家直流電弧爐廠。電弧爐引發的電力品質問題主要為 電壓閃爍,嚴重或輕微決定於電弧爐運轉特性、改善設備性能和輸配電網路條件 等。因此首先以現場測量,探討電弧爐對電壓閃爍的影響,測量地點包括工廠 MOF點、一次變電所161kV端。由工廠MOF點的電力資料統計顯示,持續性的瞬 間過載運轉是造成電壓閃爍的主因。電壓閃爍值由各工廠MOF點,經傳輸線至一 次變電所呈衰減現象。各廠MOF點電壓閃爍測量值,經等效轉換後比較,直流電 弧爐造成的電壓閃爍值約為交流電爐的70。各廠造成的電壓閃爍值和當地短路容 量成反比,和電弧爐容量則成正比。裝設靜態虛功率補償設備可使虛功率變化減 小,進而降低對電壓閃爍的影響。 |
英文摘要 | This paper investigates the in impact of arc furances onelectric power quality. Data From two AC and one DC arcfurnaces of 161kV level steel factories in primary substationarea are compared. The mayor problems caused by arc furnacesvoltage flicker, of which the severity degrees depend onfurnaces operation types, mitigation devices, and distributionnetwork conditions. At firs, field measurements were used toexplore the relations between furnace operation processes anddegrees of voltage flicker, the measurements were taken atfactory MOF Points and 161kV busses of the feeding primarysubstation. The statistic results of power data factory MOFpoint show that the major reason of voltage flicker is therepeatedly transient overloading operation. The voltage flickervalues attenuate from the MOF point to the primarysubstation. From the comparison of equivalent values of MOFpoint voltage ficker, it is found the value of a DC furnace isabout 70 of a same size AC furnace. The voltage flicker valueis proportional to funace size, but inversely proportional toshort circuit capacity. Since a static reactive power compensator can reduce load reactive power deviation, the voltageflicker can be suppressed. |
