中文摘要 | 二階帶時延模式對於控制器設計以及閉環系統解析相當有助益。在此提出一新的方法,利用由回饋繼電器環路所得資料來求得二階帶時延轉換函數模式。從研究結果得知,只須做一次回饋繼電器測試,即可準確估算出二階帶時延模式的所有參數;要強調的是,經由此法所得之二階帶時延模式與真實程序的階段應答非常接近。而當系統中存有未知的常數擾動時,所提出的方法仍可獲得相當好的結果。 |
英文摘要 | The second-order plus dead-time (SOPDT) model is useful for design of controllers and for assessment of closed-loop systems. A new method that uses data from a relay feedback (RF) loop to derive a SOPDT transfer function model is proposed. It is found that through one simple run of the proposed relay feedback testing, all parameters in a SOPDT model can be estimated with adequate accuracy. The resulting SOPDT model emphasizes on having very close step response behavior to that of the process. This proposed method could also work well when constant unknown disturbances exist. |
