中文摘要 | 本文以國內生產之聚酯減量加工布進行防染印花可行性之評估。本實驗選擇醋酸鈷,醋酸鎳及醋酸銅三種防染劑進行效果比較,並以醋酸鉀充當螫合促進劑。結果顯示:三種螫合劑中以醋酸銅之白度為最佳,但其流失情形最為嚴重;然而,縱使其流失情形最為嚴重,其對織物外觀所造成之影響,肉眼尚無法加以辨識,而不致影響品質。故三種螫合劑以醋酸銅之效果最佳。 |
英文摘要 | The domestic caustic PET fabrics was used as a substance to evaluate the applicability and performance of resist printing technique. There were copper acetate, nickel acetate, and cobalt acetate used as resist agents in this paper. Besides the potassium acetate was used as a catalyst in resist printing. The results show that among the above mentioned resist agents, copper acetate is of the best quality in whiteness, but of the worst one in bleeding. Never the less, the halation appearance of printed fabrics resulted from the bleeding caused by the usage of copper acetate can not be observed by human sight. Therefore the copper acetate was chosen as the best resist agent for printing in this paper. |
