中文摘要 | 本文乃研究將減量加工技術與防拔染印花技術結合同時處理,以提高處理後織物 之附加價值及商業價值。將減量加工與防染印花於一次熱處理同時完成不但可以縮短工程與 降低成本,而且增加對市場的競爭能力,並可展現織物特殊化的特性。影響本實驗最主要的 因素為鹼劑及吸濕劑的用量和固色條件。由實驗結果顯示以氫氧化鈉當防染減量劑效果最佳 ,而吸濕劑 (甘油和 P.E.G.) 的最佳用量為 8%;固色條件以 180 ℃∼ 190 ℃× 1.5 min 最適當。採用以上條件對高撚聚酯織物進行減量印染可得相對白度約 75%;減量率約在 11% ∼ 16%,織物的強力保留率約在 54% ∼ 68% 之間;織物的柔軟度增加率在 17% ∼ 22% 之 間。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, we try to make the caustic treatment and resist printing with polyester fabrics in one process. We could descend the cost, get more new material chosen for the designer, increase the competition for the market and point out the high quality with special characteristic. It was shown that the effectiveness of caustic reagent, wetting agent and fixed conditions were mainly related to its properties. In our experiments, sodium hydrate was the best resisting and caustic-treatment reagent among all. The following operating condition would give excellent properties, the parts of glycerol and PEG was 8% and the fixed condition with 180 ℃∼ 190 ℃× 1.5 min. From the experimental results, the resisting printing with caustic treatment high-twist fabric is 75% of White Index, 11% ∼ 16% of weight-losss, 54% ∼ 68% of strength remained and 17 %∼22% of softness properties. |
