英文摘要 | Generally, the shaking force and shaking moment attributable to the inertia of the moving parts of mechanisms are proportional to the square of the operating speed. These shaking effects cause some defects such as vibration and fatigue. Thereby balancing arrangments are necessary for reducing the shaking effects of high speed machinery. Proposing feasible balancing designs with generalized Lanchester balancers of a drag-link drive in mechanical presses is the main concern of this paper. Theoretical models for analyzing the shaking effects and designing the generalized Lanchester balancers are introduced. The characteristics of a drag-link drive mechanism are analyzed. Subjected to the space limitation, balancers for the drive mechanism are proposed, and their balancing effects are also shown. Based on the results, the shaking force and shaking moment can be reduced 86.31% and 71.16% respectively, after adding the balancers of the first three frequency terms. |
