中文摘要 | 一般分析環境水樣,尤其是有高度基質干擾時,前濃縮的工作是不可避 免的。樣品前濃縮處理不僅濃縮欲分析的元素;同時也去除部份或全部的基質干 擾。因此本研究對其利用選擇性螯合樹脂的濃縮技術或利用GF-AAS直接分析環 境水樣的分析技術亦作一探討,水樣測試項目包括:銅、鐵、鎳、鋅、鉛、銘、 錳、鉬等。本研究並將此方法應用於分析某儲煤場附近環境水樣。 |
英文摘要 | Preconcentration procedures are often necessary for theanalysis of trace elements in environmental samples withcomplex matrices. The preconcentration not only increases theconcentration of the element of interest, but also eliminatespart or all of the martrix interferences. This paper discussesusing selective chelating agents and direct determination by GF-AAS technology for the preconcentration and separationof trace elements from. enviromental samples. Several kinds oftrace metal including Copper(Cu), lron(Fe), Nickel(Ni),Zinc(Zn), Lead(Pb), Cadmium(Cd), Manganese(Mn) and Molybdenum(Mo) were analyzed. The objectives of this study wereto characterize the behavior of coal yard leachates and toanalysis trace elements in environmental water samples aroundthe coal yard by chelex-100 preconcentration method. |
