| 中文摘要 | 本文中將提出一項控制法則以控制由馬達驅動的輸送帶,使得製造系統中製成的 成品數可達到近似最佳值。此項控制法則包含兩個模糊控制器。第一個模糊控制器根據製造 系統中各工作區待製品遲滯的狀況,控制輸送帶驅動馬達的速度;而第二個控制器根據成品 的不良率,進一步修正輸送帶驅動馬達的速度。輸送帶以智慧型的方式被驅動,隨時根據輸 送帶邊的作業人員作業速度調整其速度,若作業人員的作業能力經檢測後足以勝任目前輸送 帶上的工作量,則輸送帶的速度將適度地增加。 |
| 英文摘要 | A control strategy is implemented to control the speed of a motor- driven belt conveyor so that a suboptimal solution of maximizing manufactured products is achieved. The control strategy includes two fuzzy logic controllers. The frist fuzzy logic controller control the motor speed based on stagnation condition at each working area while the second one control the motor speed based on the defective rate of manufactured products. The conveyor is intelligently driven subject to working ability of workers. If it is detected that workers are able to handle current working load for certain interval, the speed of belt conveyor is suitably increased. |
