中文摘要 | 本試驗目的在探討飼料廠在單一生產線上,製造含藥物飼料後,如何防範攜帶污染至下批飼料而產生磺胺藥物殘留。利用本所飼料廠電腦控制配料系統之設備,磺胺藥劑使用粉狀及顆粒狀二種型態,分別製造含磺胺二甲嘧啶之保育豬飼料二批及不含藥之種母豬料五批,重覆三次試驗。結果顯示,含磺胺二甲嘧啶176ppm的保育豬飼料製造後,接著生產的二批種母豬空白飼料,則均有磺胺劑殘留(2.98ppm~5.38ppm),且使用粉末狀磺胺劑者比顆料狀型態者殘留量高(分別為5.38及1.19ppm)。而製造過程中如不逐批清除貯料桶內殘存飼料,則即使生產至第五批不用藥物之飼料,仍有磺胺劑殘留(2.90ppm~3.18ppm)。故製造含藥物飼料後需逐批清理貯料桶之殘存料,以減低攜帶污染至下一批飼料之機會,且混合設備經二批次之空白料沖洗後,所得到的飼料其磺胺劑含量低於檢測範圍,可確保飼料之安全使用。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to develop a way to prevent carry-over effect of sulfa durgs during the process of feed mixing in the line mixing and handling system. The computer-controlled feed mixing and handling equipment at the feedmill at Taiwan Livestock Research Institute were of used in this experiment, and the powdered and granulated sulfamethazine used in pig starter diet were studied. In feed mixing sequence, two batches of sulfa medicated feed with 176 ppm sulfamethazine were followed with five batches of drug-free sow feeds. Three replicates were performed. The results showed that the two batches of sow feed which were followed by starter feeds had 2.98 ppm~5.38 ppm sulfamethazine residues. The use of powdered form of the sulfamethazine tended to have higher sulfa drug residue than that of granulated form (5.38 ppm vs. 1.19 ppm). Sulfa-drug content in blank sow diet taken from the 5th batch in feed mixing sequence was 2.90 ppm ~3.18 ppm if the residual feed in mixer was not cleaned out. These results suggested that using two-flushing with blank feed in the mixer be necessary and a thorough cleanout or flushing of all mixing equipment after feed mixing be essential to reducing drug carry-over effect. |
