中文摘要 | 本研究旨在改良橡膠木、美西側柏、放射松、冰片樹、落羽松等五種商用木材之物理性質及裝飾性質,將加上染料之甲基丙烯酸甲酯單體與苯乙烯單體之混合液注入木材中,然後將注入處理後之木材置於烘箱中加熱,使上述單體混合液聚合而製成染色木塑材。經甲基丙烯酸甲酯單體與苯乙烯單體混合液處理後之木材,分別測定其縱向壓縮強度,靜曲強度,硬度,耐磨耗性,抗縮效能及排水效能等之改良情形。處理後木材亦即木塑材之各種性質,均有顯著之改善。又橡膠木及放射松以0.1%之鹽基型紫色-27或鹽基型紅色-24與甲基丙烯酸甲酯單體及苯乙烯單體混合液處理後,可獲得優雅而亮麗之外觀性質。本研究結果顯示以橡膠木及放射松製造之染色木塑材深其商用上之潛力。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to enhance the physical and ornamental properties of five commercial woods. The wood was impregnated with MMA and styrene monomer mixtures and basic dyes by using full cell process. Subsequent catalyst-heat polymerization of impregnated wood was made by using heating system to form dyed wood-plastic combinations (WPC). The physical properties of the WPC were determined by the following tests: compression parallel to the grain, static bending, hardness, abrasion resistance, antishrinkage efficiency and water excluding efficiency. All the properties were significantly improved. An beautiful appearance for dyed wood-plastic combinations of rubber wood or radiata pine was obtained by using MMA and styrene monomer mixtures with 0.1% of C.I. basic violet-27 or C.I. basic red-24. Results of this study indicate that dyed wood-plastic combinations made with rubber wood and radiata pine have great potential for commercial use. |
