中文摘要 | 公路舖面材料品質影響舖面結構績效,學理與實務均已確實印證。舊瀝青路面之刨除材料,經過適當處理後,當作舖面材料再予利用,能否滿足舖面品質要求,為再生瀝青混凝土舖面應用必讀驗證的前提。 本研究從蒐集中山高速公路南庫路段以往整修的原始資料開始分析,再輔以刨除採樣試驗,評析舖面材料老化影響的程度。對老化瀝青材料除進行老化特性檢測外,再以分子量分佈 (GPC) 的,情況估算軟化劑添加量,其結果與以絕對粘度比較;其次對刨除廢料中之粒料進行各種試驗,經調整至高速公路密級配規範下,評估再生瀝青混凝土品質特性。 |
英文摘要 | Both theory and practice have proven that the quality of highway paving material will affect the performance of paving structure. If the paving material from the aged asphalt pavement is being properly treated, it can be reused as the paving material. However, in advance we must certity whether the reused of recycling asphalt concrete paving material can meet the demand of paving quality or not. This study begins with collecting and analyzing the original data about repairing Dr. Sun Yat-sen Freeway, then sampling the paving material and assessing the degree of aging effect on the paving material for aged asphalt material, an aging property test is done. Then, assess the type and amount of additives according to the molecular size distribution (GPC), and do the analysis of aged asphalt quality improvement effect, and compare its result with the absoulute viscosity. Sequentially, proceed every kind of test to Aggregates of the wasted paving material. By regulating to the Dense Graded Asphslt Concrete Applicable Specification of Free-way, and assess the material property of recycled asphalt concrete. |
