中文摘要 | 10-羥基-2-挾烯酸(10-HDA)為蜂王漿特有成分,也是蜂王漿品質檢驗的重要指標。國際上慣用氣相層析的檢驗方法,惟其經費及時間均耗費頗大。本試驗利用甲醇萃取鮮蜂王漿成分,經950g離心10分鐘去蛋白質沉澱,即以紫外光分光光度計230nm測定其吸光值。本法比以往報告建議之紫外光測定方法更正確、簡便,同時與氣相層析法測定結果之相關性也最高,將可應用在篩選高10-HDA蜂?及其相關試驗上。 |
英文摘要 | 10-Hydroxydecenoic acid is one of the specific fatty acids in royal jelly, and chosen as criteria for quality of royal jelly. It is usually detected by gas chromatography, but it is time consuming and expensive. In this experiment, 10-HDA is extrated from raw royal jelly with methanol. Then we measure the absorbance at 230nm and determine the content of 10-HDA, after centrifuge it with 950g for 10 mins. This method is quick and exact and its correlation is better than other resamble methods, when compared them with the content of 10-HDA detected by GC. It is applicable to select high content of 10-HDA honeybee colonies and determine the content of 10-HDA in other relative experiments. |
