中文摘要 | 科技素養教育是近年來各國大力提倡的新課程,眾多研究中指出為求有力推展科 技素養教育,其哲學基礎的研究是首要的課題之一。本文以科技哲學為主題,透過科技哲學 歷史發展、世界各國科技哲學發展的現況,一方面分析當前科技哲學家的主要代表人物,及 科技哲學研究的重要主題,另一方面從中探討其對當前科技素養教育哲學研究的啟示。 當前科技哲學家約略可分為兩大類, 一是工程學之科技哲學家( Engineering Philosophy of Technology, EPT ), 如 Friedroch Dessauer ( 1881-1963 )、 Ernst Kapp ( 1808-1896 );另一類人文學之科技哲學家( Humanities Philosophy of Technology,HPT ),如 Jaques Ellul ( 1912-1994 )、Martin Heidegger ( 1889-1976 )。 至於當前 科技哲學研討的主題,包括科技的本質、科技的系統與發展、科技與社會因素的分析、高科 技的問題等。 從上述科技哲學發展的研究中,對於當前科技素養教育哲學研究的啟示,從研究角度分析, 科技素養教育之研究,應著重工程學與人文學兩個角度的探討。 從研究的主題分析, 則應 (1) 從科技與人的關係探討科技素養教育的必要性;(2) 從科技與社會的關係探討科技素養 教育的目標;(3) 從科技知識體系中探討科技素養教育的課程內容;(4) 從科技的本質與其 他學科之關係探討科技素養教育的教學方法。 |
英文摘要 | Technological literacy education is a new issue that has been extensively discussed in many countries during the past decade. some scholars suggest that philosophical inquiry is one of the major inquirys about technological literacy education. The purpose of this study were first to review the development and the major topics of technology philosophy, and to examine scholar's ideas about technology philosophy. Second, I would like to examine the inspiration in philosophical inquiry of technological literacy education. At present, scholars of technology philosophy are divided into two groups. One is Engineering Philosophy of Technology (EPT), such as Fiedroch Dessauer (1881-1963), Ersnt Kapp (1808-1896). The others is Humanities Philosophy of Technology (HPT) , such as Jaques Ellul (1912-1994) , Martin Heidegger (1889-1976). As to the important study topics, technology philosophy inclues the essential of technology, development and systems of technology, analysis of technology and society, high technology, and so on. The result of this study indicated that philosophical inquiry of technological literacy should inclued both research focuses of EPT and HPT. Moreover, the need, goal, curriculum, instruction of technological literacy education should be concerned about the relationships of technology and human, technology and society, technology and knowledge, technology and other disciplines. |
