| 中文摘要 | 船舶轉向時,因為目標方位在連續快速變化中,無法用傳統方法定出船位,也無 法在船舶迴轉中,利用傳統監控航路的方法來監控。此時,如果船舶在限制水域中航行,很 容易造成船舶衝入暗礁或淺灘而不自知,因而導至擱淺,本文提出利用正前方或正橫方向適 當明顯固定目標來精確監控船舶航路的方法。並且規範正橫方向明顯固定目標或假設目標的 距離限制,並提出如何控制舵角使船舶迴轉後能在新航向的預定航路上。本文所提方法,經 本校操船模擬機實際操作,結果成效良好,並將實作結果呈現出來。 |
| 英文摘要 | When, ship is turning, the object bearing is changing rapidly, the traditional philosophy of position fixing at intervals is no longer a prime objective. At this moment, ship may rush into the danger area and causes the stranding. In order to maintain safe positioning at all time, procedures to keep a continuous check on the cross-track error must be used, accurate cross-track monitoring is important when turning courses. These requirements make it obvious that a transit in restricted waters must be well preplaned, since, according to the nature of the environment, time will not permit navigation in its traditional sense, i.e. fixing the position and then setting a new course. Safe procedures for turning planning and monitoring need to be recommended in this paper, these procedures have been designed to perform on the ship handling simulator in National Kaohsiung Institute of Marine Technology and have good results be presented. |
