中文摘要 | 本研究的的目的在探討國民小學學校行政人員的特殊教育背景及其對於辨理特殊教 育的態度。研究對象取自臺灣地區設有特殊班的學校教育行政人員計四百八十五名。研究調 查時,將研究對象依其所接受特殊教育訓練的不同分為特殊教育育業組、特殊教育學分組、 特殊教育研習組和無特殊教育背景組。研究結果如下:特殊教育專業組在辦理特殊教育工作 上對於特殊班的支持和正向態度比特殊教育學分繆,特殊教育研習組,或無特殊教育背景組 高。其中特殊教育專業組的特殊教育學分組的比較,其差異性達到顯著水準(P.<01, eta 2= .026)。本研究將特殊教育能度項目分為九項。全體學校教育行政人員在辦理特殊教育所表現 的正向態度由高至低分別為特殊教育法令、特殊教育設備、行政人員特殊教育進修、特殊教 育師資、特殊教育行政組織、特殊教育課程與教學、特殊教育經費、特殊教育行政配合的特 殊教育理念。在特殊教育師資分項比較下,特殊教育專業組和特殊教育研習組比特殊教育學 分組或無特殊教育背景組較能體諒特殊班教師工作的繁重。除此之外,特殊教育專業組在特 殊教育行政的配合和特殊教育的理念方面較其化三組高,但其差異性達顯著水準。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate school administrators' attitudes on special education programs based on their special education background. The participants were 485 elementary school administrators who have special education programs in their schools. The school administrators were divided into four groups according to their special education background. Group 1 received ten or more credits on special education training; group2 received nine or less credits; group3 only participated in special education seminars; group 4 had no special education background. The administrators were asked to respond to a Likert-type questionnaire regarding to their attitudes on special education programs in nine areas: special education administration, special education curriculum and teaching, special education concepts, special education finance, special education law, special education teachers, special education facilities, school administrators' special education in-service training and special education organization. Nine major hypotheses, each with several different sub-hypotheses were tested using an analysis of variance. The .05 and .01 levels of significance were used to accept or reject each hypothesis. The results indicated that group 1 have a higher support and positive attitude towards special education programs than group 2, and their differences were found to be statistically significant (P.<01, eta 2=.026). Besides group 1 and group 2, no statistical significances were found between the other groups. |
