中文摘要 | 備民主法治」是看不見也摸不著的抽象概念,但存在於我們生活中的每一部份,此 概念應是社會上人與人之間互動的規範、也是相互關系的準則,於生活的實踐中發展而成。 學校是培養民主法治理念的重要場所,尤以作為奠立基石的國小教育階段格外受重視。 本研究旨在探討我國國小民主法治教育之課程內涵與教學策略,以作為提升國小民主法 治教育成效之哀據。為達此目的,本研究採用文獻探討、內容分析及焦點團體訪談等方淜, 並就民主法治教育之義涵、民主法治教育之主要概念、國小有關課程之內涵皆析,及課程實 施之方法與策略等方面分別探討,以求深入。 在課程實施方面研究者提出下列事項供教育工作者參考:一、考量不同年級的實施要點。 二、加強國小教師之民主法治素養。三、教師教學時應善用認知、技能及情意三個層面的教 學策略,教學方式也求靈活多變。四、塑造有民主氣氛的校園環境,發揮潛在課程的影響。 五、須與外在環境配合,以全面提升民主法治知能。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of citizenship education is to cultivate citizen to fulfill the challenge of modern life. Though schools are ant the sole agency of citizenship education, yet schools are virtually the only structured source of citizenship education in society. And, as the founding stone of education, elementary schools pay an important role in cultivating students to commit to democratic values and to be willing to participate in democratic processes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the curriculum content and explore the strategies to be used in citizenship education in elementary school. To accomplish this, researcher explored the meaning of democracy, the concept and subconcept of democracy and law-related education, and analyzed the content of current textbook and curriculum standard. Finally, the researcher offered the strategies as followed: (1) Teacher should equip will with law-related knowledge. (2) Citizenship education should cover cognitive, affective, and skills domain. (3) Teachers should use different teaching methods and media for effective teaching. (4) School should establish a aemocratic environment to facilitate law-related learning. (5) Family, society and mass media should and work together to upgrade students' knowledge of citizenship. |
