中文摘要 | 針葉材臺灣二葉松,於實驗室以批次式傳統硫酸鹽法蒸煮,以木醣 (Xylanase)與 甘露醣 (Mannanase)單獨或混合處理,繼以氧脫木質素與傳統氯漂(CEHP)製程,經分析紙 漿性質,可得硫酸鹽紙漿以木醣 處理,能改善脫木質素及氯漂製程之漂白性。乾露醣 單 獨處理對氯漂製程之漂白性影響不大。由紙漿漂白結果來看,木醣 與甘露醣 混合處理較 個別處理更能有效地增加漂白性。 |
英文摘要 | Pinus taiwanensis, a softwood, was cooked in the laboratory using conventional kraft pulping method. Kraft pulps were treated with xylanase or mananase or with both enzymes. The enzyme hydrolyzed pulps were then bleached using oxygen delignification or conventional chlorine (CEHP) process. Xylanase improved the bleachability of kraft pulp bleached using oxygen delignification and conventional chlorine processes. Mannanase treatment did not seem to improve the bleachability of kraft pulp bleached with the conventional chlorine process. Xylanase and mannanase used together enhanced pulp bleachability more than when the enzymes were used individually, for both-the oxygen delignification and conventional chlorine processes. |
