中文摘要 | 本篇論文利用蟹殼廢棄物研製功能性高分子材料:聚胺醣(chitosan),並進行紡絲得到性能優異的織維,聚胺醣纖維在生醫工程上可應用於人體吸收型的人工皮膚與手術縫線,用時也可提供醫藥、環保、食品科學,農業等民生用途。本文除了敘述纖維高分子的製備及紡絲程序以外,並且以熱力學及動力學探討聚胺醣纖維對於Cu++與Zn++金屬離子之吸附性,研究Cu++與Zn++吸附對於纖維機械性能之影響,以作為開發濾材織物之基礎。 |
英文摘要 | The waste of seafood industry, crab shell, has been appplied to prepare funotional polymer material : chitosan which is processed into fibers. Chi-tosan fibers can be the absorbable artifioial skin and suture in the biomedi-cal field, and provide the applications in medicine, environmential protection, food science, and agriculture. This paper describes the preparation of chi-tosan fibers and its procedure of wet-spinning. Meanwhile, the adsorption of Cu++. and Zn++ to chitosan fiber has been studied by using the thermody-namic and kinetic method. The effects of Cu++ and Zn++ on the mechani-cal properties of fiber is also described, which will be the considered pa-rameters to develope filtration textiles. |
