中文摘要 | 本研究主要貢獻,在於提供一合理之中高水灰比爐石混凝土配比設計法,同時經由長期環境變化之模擬,瞭解爐石粉添加於混凝土,對其強度之影響程度,並提出適當之建議,在本地之正常氣候下,應如何正確使用爐石份,研究中發現,爐石混凝土早期強度偏低之機率很高。但隨著環境溫度的提高,早期強度似乎也能發揮。養護條件亦影響晚期強度的發展,尤其適當之爐石替代率的選擇,對於整體經濟效益的發揮,具有重要之影響。三種爐石替代率(0、40、60)及三種中高水膠質料比(W/C+S=0.65、0.72、0.82)為主要材料參數,於產製階段比較其坍度、空氣含量及單位重之性質,硬固後,經不同養護溫度、濕度與天數,了解其在不同齡期時之強度變化。 基本上,水灰比越低,強度越高。爐石替代率40與60之強度差別,在早期,前者較高。但在晚期,則差距幅度縮小。因此兩種替代率之效果相似,但成本之差別,卻值得吾人重視。養護溫度越高,時間越長,強度越好。爐石混凝土齡期強度,大約在28天以前,低於純混凝土齡期強度機率極高。56天以後,爐石混凝土齡期強度大於純混凝土機率高。 |
英文摘要 | A rational mix proportion design method for slag concrete of medium-high water cement ratio is present here,during fresh concrete slag is seemed as fine aggregate part, and in the hardened concrete times not only have they some slightly active cementitious properties but also heavily passive pozzolan reaction. Half of cement content in the mix proportion is replaceed by fine slag powder, and three water cement ratio is considered. Followed ACI 211.1 method is usable for slag concrete, only some modified data table or reference figure is needed. Three difference slag substitution ratio (0,40,60) and three difference water cement ratio (w/c=0.65,0.72,0.82) is used by tried batch to obtain many kinds of properties of fresh or hardened concrete such as slump, unit weight, air content and compressive strength of different curing condition and different mature age.However,a computer-aided design process is developed practically and conviently. |
