中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在探討於生長期使用不同飼糧蛋白質含量及飼料餵飼量,對臺灣種母土雞繁殖性能之影響。供試雞隻選用中興大學畜產系育成之D×L2品系臺灣母土雞。試驗採3×3複因子試驗,即三種不同飼糧蛋白質含量(13、15及17%)及三種飼料餵料量(任飼,任飼採食量的85及70%),每處理三重複,每組一欄24隻雞,計648隻。試驗處理期間為7~18週齡(81年5月25日~8月16日),採自然光照,水自由飲用。雞隻自19週齡起改餵飼種雞料,水及飼料均任食,並給予13小時光照,以後每週增加光照30分鐘,至光照時間15小時30分鐘止(0500~2030),試驗資料收集至45週齡止。 試驗結果顯示:飼糧蛋白質及飼料餵料量間於大部份性狀間無顯著交互作用。在生長期不同飼糧蛋白質含量的影響方面,產蛋期之蛋殼品質、受精率、孵化率及產雛數等性狀於三處理組間無顯著差異;但每產一隻雛雞所需之飼料量,則15%處理組顯著較17%處理組少(P<0.05)。在生長期飼料餵飼量方面,產蛋期之受精率及蛋殼強度於三處理組間無顯著差異;但平均孵化率、產雛數及每產一隻雛雞所需之飼料量,任飼處理組顯著較85%餵飼處理組低(P<0.05);至於平均蛋殼厚度及蛋比重,70%餵飼處理組顯著較任飼處理組佳(P<0.05)。 綜合本試驗之結果,臺灣種母土雞育成期之飼養以13%飼糧蛋白質含量、85%限飼或15%飼糧蛋白質、70%限飼之組合有較佳表現。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different dietary protein levels and feed restriction during growing period on the reproductive performance of Taiwan country chicken. A 3×3 factorial experiment was used with three protein levels (13, 15, and 17%) and three feed intake levels (ad libitum, 85 and 70% of ad libitum). Six hundred forty-eight female Taiwan country chickens of 7 weeks of age were used. Pullets of each group were allocated into three replicates with 24 birds in each pen. Experiment period was from 7 to 18 weeks of age. Water was supplied ad libitum, and photoperiod was by natural style. At 19 weeks of age, feed was changed to layer diet. Water and feed were supplied ad libitum. Incandescnt light was provided 13 hours per day, which was stepwise increased by 30 minutes each week to reach a total photoperiod of 15 hours 30 minutes. The experiment was ended when birds reached 45 weeks of age. The results indicated that the egg shell quality, fertility, hatchability and number of chicks per hen were not affected by dietary protein levels during growing period, but the pullets fed with 15% protein diet had better (P<0.05) feed conversion rate than that of 17% protein group. The feed intake levels didn't affect fertility and egg breaking strength. The pullets fed with 70% of ad libitum feed intake during growing period had better (P<0.05) egg shell quality and specific gravity than that of ad libitum feed intake group, and the pullets fed with 85% of ad libitum during growing period had better (P<0.05) hatchability, number of chicks per hen, and feed conversion rate than that of ad libitum group. No dietary protein and feed intake levels interaction was found on the major traits. The results indicated that the pullets fed with the combination of either 13% protein and 85% feeds of ad libitum group or 15% protein and 70% feeds of ad libitum group during 7 to 18 weeks of age had better production performance than those of other combination. |
